The venture started when Douglas Peters began investing in Florida real estate. A driven child from Brooklyn, New York; he had a vision for success. The business is now ran and managed by his daughters: Ariana Peters, Dresden Peters & Dakota Peters. The Peters have expanded the family portfolio and now amass approximately 40 properties in Florida, alone. It has always been a family venture and continues to grow as such.
